The hotel is in a great location, especially for the baseball tournament. The breakfast had a lot of options and was really good. The front desk staff was helpful, and the overall staff was friendly. I had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again.

The breakfast was excellent, with many options helpful front desk and the staff was polite! Location: the hotel was so close to restaurants and Mineral Wells Fossil park and state park. Furthermore, close to the center of town.

We had a great 1-night stay at this hotel. Everything was nice, from the wonderful views to the excellent service and good food. Our queen room was wonderful too.

Hot tuib was not functioning properly.

The room I was in had a lot of issues-- the toilet kept running after flushing it and I had to remove the lid of the tank and manually make it stop; the towel rack fell off the wall in my hand; there was no hair dryer in my room (should have been wall mounted) and they could not find me a replacement until the next night-- good thing I was traveling with a co-worker who let me come to her room to dry my hair.

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurant options nearby for dinner. The front desk staff were helpful and courteous, making great suggestions for local dining. The room was spacious and comfortable, with two king beds that worked perfectly for our family. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. Despite the minor inconvenience of a firm mattress, overall I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place to lay our head on the way to Charlotte from Carlsbad. Restaurants are in the area.

Whomever cleans up breakfast doesn't need to do it immediately at 9 AM and hover over it at 8:55 AM, if people are still eating.

The elevator was out had to go to far end of building walk all the way back to other end to room. It was raining and freezing cold.

This hotel was packed the weekend we were there but the staff handled this very well and the property was maintained in very good shape.

Not the hotels fault - but really didn't like the "yipping dogs" down the hall. When the owners away - the pets will play!
