During my recent stay, I was thrilled to find that the National Vietnam War Museum and Lake Mineral Wells State Park were both less than 3 km from the hotel, making them perfect for an easy day out exploring. moreover, the staff were friendly and the room was spotless, which really made my visit enjoyable.

However, there were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom and the front desk service left much to be desired. Overall, the location was convenient, and we appreciated the substantial parking available.

I enjoyed the good shower pressure and hot water, very important after a long day. The breakfast had quality options, real bacon and sausage, not that bland stuff you find elsewhere. However, the coffee ran out during breakfast, and no one bothered to brew more. The whole hotel felt hot and muggy, with a stale odor in the room upon arrival. I was missing some towels, which I thought would be a standard. The air conditioning unit was so loud that it disrupted my sleep. Staff friendliness could also use a boost. I encountered some unhelpful attitudes during my stay, which was disappointing. Overall, I appreciated the clean rooms and good breakfast but would love to see improvement in staff service and room conditions.

The front desk guy was really nice, gave good local food recommendations. The breakfast they offered was a solid spread, eggs and bacon were a big plus, left us feeling satisfied for the day.
